Here’s the official release of the “Save the Ras Kass” trailer, for the upcoming webisode series. My primary goal for the trailer was to promote the underlying theme of our “Endangered Lyricist” campaign: survival. The trailer is a contemporary nightmare of war, unrest, and economic ruin – signifying here the devaluation of art. The webisode series will contain all-original footage, but I’ve pillaged near and far in compiling the trailer. Fans of Chris Smith’s recent documentary “Collapse” will recognize sampling of riot footage, as well as Michael Ruppert’s ominous warnings (”Evolve or perish, grow up or die”).
